They say that breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day and I couldn't agree more. It really doesn't take much effort to have some breakfast but many (including me) tend to miss it in the rush of the morning.
So here's a pretty simple breakfast that I've made myself to keep my tummy full on the way to school.
Ingredients (strictly up to your preferences):
1 Banana chopped up
2 tablespoon of rolled instant oats
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Chomp!
